Lindos Psychotherapy Centre offers psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups. We operate from our own premises in a bungalow within the Lindos grounds, with parking facilities on the Lindos site.

By Road
From the Ipswich direction, travel straight ahead at all the Woodbridge roundabouts. Saddlemakers Lane is clearly signposted soon after the Melton roundabout and is a right hand turn off the A12.

By Rail
From Liverpool Street via Ipswich to Melton on the Lowestoft line. From Melton station 5 minutes' walk: turn left at the station, right at the traffic lights and first left into Saddlemakers Lane.

By Bus
From Ipswich bus station take any of numbers 81-84 or 99 to Melton. Service every 15 minutes. Travel time 40 minutes.
